Converge Networks Corporation (CNC) continues to experience accelerated growth as reflected in the awards below:

• CNC is expecting 5 major wins in the beginning of 2010.

• In December 2009, CNC won a contract with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)

• In September 2009, CNC won the FAA eFAST MOA as a prime. Also, CNC won a prime contract with DHS/ICE.

• In August 2009, CNC won a GSA MOBIS contract as a prime and a large task with IRS.

• In May 2009, CNC won the Navy Seaport-e contract as a prime and the Maryland CATS II contract as a prime.

• In June 2007, CNC was awarded a multi-year professional services prime contract with a Fortune 100 financial organization. CNC had an earlier prime contract for professional services awarded in April 2004.

• In August 2006, CNC joined a DIA DIESCON 3 team with a lead system integrator.

• In February 2006, CNC was awarded a 5-year $10M IT support services contract with a lead government agency.

• In 2005, CNC was awarded a network infrastructure audit and enhancement contract with a lead government agency. CNC was also awarded GSA Schedule 70 contract # GS-35F-0428R.

• In 2004, CNC was awarded a major multi-year contract with a Fortune 100 financial organization to provide high-end IT and business consulting services. CNC also participated as prime bidder on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) IT Infrastructure Support solicitation. CNC also bid as a prime on the Department of Commerce COMMITS NexGen GWAC.

• In 2003, CNC was part of a team awarded a contract by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for the Product Deployment and Help Desk Support part of the DEA Concorde Project. CNC was also part of a team awarded a web development contract at the Department of Education. CNC was also part of a team awarded an 8-year FAA BITS II contract.
