Antoine Robert Ghazi

President/CEO
Tony successfully managed several IT firms before starting CNC. He founded CNC in 2002 and plans to grow it into a $1B+ organization. Tony splits his time between streamlining operations and winning new engagements. Tony has extensive federal, commercial and international experience. In addition to a solid IT background, he has a thorough understanding of government modernization and transformation strategies and initiatives.  Earlier, he worked at lead IT firms on enterprise modernization and transformation programs in the US, Europe, and Saudi Arabia in both government and private sectors. Tony holds two masters degrees and is fluent in three languages. Skiing, tennis, and boating are among his favorite pastimes.

Andrew Bove

Senior Vice President
Andy has substantial experience with acquisition support at HUD, DHS/ICE, PBGC, Interior, GSA and LOC. He is also a software, networking, and security expert and has over 30 years of experience in acquisition support and technical and organizational innovation. He was responsible for the implementation, rollout and support of an entire product line whose customer base is well over 1500 worldwide. He was also a senior advisor for Microsoft, Telos, and Tripwire. Andy holds a BS degree in Computer Sciences from City College of New York. He is also an inventor and holds two US patents.

Greg West

Senior Vice President
Greg has worked with the CNC founder since 1998 and joined the CNC management team in 2005. Greg has substantial program development experience and also holds other responsibilities for account management, corporate support, and marketing and business development. Greg holds a BA from Boston College.

Stewart Grossmann
Stewart first worked with the CNC founder starting in 1989. Stewart is a highly skilled subject matter expert specializing in acquisition support on large government programs, OCIO support, program assessment, and government modernization and transformation. Stewart worked on engagements with lead federal agencies and commercial clients including  the Department of Treasury, Department of Defense, IBM, General Electric, EDS, Northrop Grumman, Network Associates, MCI, COMSAT. Stewart holds a BS degree from MIT, a masters degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard, and an MBA degree from GWU.

Dr. Ravi Kalaputapu

Vice President
Ravi has ongoing experience with acquisition support for a large telecommunication and infrastructure program at HUD. He also has extensive experience in software and systems development. His experience includes operations management of SaaS solutions, application development, data mining, and business intelligence.  Ravi has extensive project management experience for software development and delivery, and managing outsourced software development from contract negotiations to contract setup to managing delivery of projects. Ravi holds a PhD from the University of Virginia and has software  patents pending.

Joseph L.  Hardin
Les  joined CNC in 2005 to lead modernization and transformation initiatives and program assessment services. He is also the principal author of a proprietary CNC program assessment methodology labeled P4A.  Les is a unique combination of senior program manager and highly skilled SME. Les specializes in CIO support, acquisition support, government modernization and transformation, data center consolidation, program assessment, enterprise architecture, virtualization and cloud computing, and IT infrastructure and convergence. He has a broad range of IT and management consulting skills and holds several certifications including CCIE, PMP and FEAC. He holds a BSEE degree from West Virginia University.

Ken Riccini
Ken recently worked at CNC on multiple acquisition support engagements for HUD, GSA, PBGC and LOC. Ken is a retired public sector executive with extensive leadership, operational and technical expertise. As a government executive at Census, IRS and Treasury, Ken managed and streamlined decennial census operations, telecommunications operations, local area network operations, and major business applications.  Ken served as the Treasury Departmental Office CIO with responsibility for infrastructure and business applications operations. He also led the Departmental WAN and security operations as ACIO for Telecommunications Management. While at the Census Bureau, Ken occupied two director level positions for the Telecommunications Office and the Computer Services Division. Ken was previously responsible for the 1990 Decennial Census Processing Offices and served in senior management positions in the Demographic and Administrative Directorates. Awards include Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leader and Innovator for 2005 and AFCOM 2003 Data Center Manager of the Year Award. Ken holds a BS in Economics and Statistics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
